Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned in the original packaging, with tags (if applicable)

  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt

If 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot accept your return.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are non-refundable and cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Underwear or intimate items for hygiene reasons


How to Initiate a Return

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send the item back.

Please do not send your item without prior authorization.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was received.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt as proof.

  • Zetbest is not responsible for returns lost in transit.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please notify us within 5 days of receiving the product by emailing [email protected].

We may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • A full refund

  • Store credit

All claims must include photographic evidence of the issue.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

If rejected, the item may be sent back to you at your request and cost.


Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.


Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, the order may already be in processing or shipped.
